The only negative feedback is the new phone system at the Credit Union.
Its very complicated, not understanding at all and very unhappy to many customers .

Literally the worst bank. Leased a car through them and this was the worst experience ever. Simple process of paying bill online is impossible. Impossible to get ahold of customer service. Thinking about going into one of their locations? Nope, all the bankers are incompetent and never dealt with A customer with a leased vehicle through them, leaving me to spend hours at the bank while they figure it out. If I had to choose between this bank and another that’s offering 90% interest rate, I’ll take the 90% interest rate rather than having to deal with WeFlorida Financial.

Wrote this while being on hold for 30min and counting. Asked a simple question about closing my lease account which resulted in me holding. Unbelievable. Never again. Unfair that they get 1 star for such a terrible bank. Deserve negative stars.
