ZERO STAR RATING! This has to be the absolutely worse company to finance a car through. They target people with no or poor to fair credit. They don’t even report to the credit bureau. How will ones credit history improve if they don’t report on time payments. Oh, and 90% of your payments go to interest for the first two years, so if you try to refinance or trade it in you’re basically still owing the cost of the car after 2 years! And they will turn your car off for ANYTHING! They will do this in the evening after they are closed! So your car has to just sit where it is and you have to bum rides until they are open. This happened to me several times and it was mistakes on their end. No apologies! I had no clue that type of device existed or was installed in my car! And most of their workers are very rude! I know for a fact they don’t pay them enough to be so snooty with customers. DO NOT FINANCE A CAR THROUGH THIS COMPANY!! There are other reasonable and fair companies who help people struggling with their credit score! STAY AWAY!

For the first time since I purchased my vehicle I was a day late on payments. My payday was late so my payment would only be two days late. I was in a neighborhood that's deemed unsafe, I stopped at the store, come back outside my car is turned off. The guy on the phone was VERY VERY rude to my boyfriend when he called and tried to make a payment. My boyfriend is from Africa but leaves here now, so he has an accent. The guy on the phone was beyond rude and had a nasty attitude. When he thought I was rasing my voice, he stated I shouldn't talk to someone whom I'm in debt to like that. He was very unprofessional. I'm thankful my phone records all phone calls and I'll be reporting him for racial slurs also! My car is still disabled and when I had a friend call in to make a payment they asked questions that didn't concern them (Which company does my friend work for, why are they making the payments etc)
I want to refinance but since they don't report to the credit bureau I don't have any positive payments history. Just disgusted with this company!

The ABSOLUTE worst car company ever to finance through! The people are rude and unprofessional! The guy Johnathan told me “I can disable your car at anytime so I suggest you fix your attitude” after he got rude with me first and was cutting me off. He then suggested I said something under my breath but I told him sir I’m at work with a mask on, everything I’m saying sounds muffled. Lisa was very compassionate and helpful and I guess the company didn’t like that! Somehow I feel this company won’t be around much longer. When a company allows their employees to be this rude that’s when you know something is shady about it!

If I could give 0 stars I would.....do not ever sign anything with them.....no matter how desperate you are....they are rude, they have absolutely no perks to customers, they harass you if you have not made the payment *on the day it's due* by calling your phone emailing you and even stooping so low as to call your place of employment AND threaten to turn your vehicle off because you haven't paid yet, when it's not even 12:00pm on the date it's due. So much stress, headaches, problems, etc. when dealing with them. So incredibly happy we refinanced as soon as we could!

I've paid my car note on time EVERYTIME EVERY MONTH. It is direct deposit and I have never once missed a payment or has a payment failed to go through. Tell me why yall keep taking
my car off of my credit IT HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW AND IT HAS ROYALLY SCEWED UP MY CREDIT. FIX IT NOW!!!!!

This place is the absolute most money hungry company known to man kind...and beyond unprofessional! Sherry Jacobs who's supposed to be a manger and her side kick Mabel are something else. I got behind on my car not and constantly spoke to Sherry about my loan and set up an arrangement with her ! The exact same month this was set up SHE ALLOWED MY CAR TO BE SOLD! I talk to Mable to see who I can talk to about it because she literally through email set up me paying an retaining my car and sold it. Mabel is going to tell me there is NOTHING you can do about it you owe this balance and that's it the car is sold. I will certainly see about getting a lawyer on this matter because she had NO right to sell my vehicle after setting up an arrangement with me. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS with this no good unprofessional company.

Worse damn company I've ever been with. I had insurance on the vehicle and they were paid up and they turnt my car off. These people are the worst in customer service and money hungry to the T. Do your research on this company if any car lot says they will finance you RUN LIKE HELL!!! These reviews are all correct and accurate.

This company is refusing to following military SCRA guidelines which is against the law. According the SCRA laws our interest rate should have been reduced when my husband joined the military but they are refusing to do it. We’ve moved out of state and the only way to do it is by filing a legal case in the state. They are refusing to work with us even though every other credit company has been nothing but accommodating. They also refuse to report our payments on our credit report affecting our credit. Honestly just run as fast as you can from this company
