This UPS store (Nova Drive) wants to nickle and dime you to death!!! Brought a return for Amazon, it was already packaged in a box and they wanted in another box. So she wanted to sell me a box…. I called Amazon and they said that it was not necessary. I went to another UPS Store and they gladly took it. I told them what the UPS store said on Nova Drive, and they told me they do that all the time!!! Be Aware!!!!

I had the most amazing experience at this store! The store manager was the sweetest woman ever! She even gave my son a sticker and lollipop! And everything i came here for was taken care of with ease. I will ALWAYS come back to this Ups store! The others ive been to have been a hassle and a half. This woman deserves a raise for going above and beyond and knowing what shes doing!

Very unprofessional staff and female manager! While waiting for service, I witnessed the manager and staff member speaking bad about another staff member who was in the back of the store. What’s worse is they were speaking to a NEW team member who was being trained about this other staff member. The new team member was defending the person they were speaking about saying they “seems nice” or “nice to me” where the manager and staff member responded with more negative comments about the staff member. The manager told the new team member that they used to have an assistant but not anymore and I can imagine that assistant leaving because of this toxic work environment. They had no shame they were saying these things in front of me, A CUSTOMER, and would pause my service to make comments to each other in front of me and the new team member about this other staff member. The corporate office should really come investigate the toxic environment this manager is creating. The female manager also lacks customer service skills. Not friendly or welcoming into the store. I will never go back to this store.

During a recent visit to this UPS Store while on vacation, I was thoroughly impressed by the service. Despite the store being busy, the staff kept the line moving quickly and efficiently. Brianna was fantastic—she handled my multiple Amazon returns and packages with ease, all while keeping a friendly and professional attitude. To top it off, they had great music playing, which made the wait even more enjoyable. The combination of excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere makes this UPS Store a standout. Highly recommended!

Ana is the fastest and most efficient worker i have seen, while taking care of my fax i witnessed her taking care of 3 other customers at the same time! great multitasking skills and amazing customer service

Being a customer of this store for about 5 years, today I came to pick up a package that arrived under our name, and they did not want to give it to me because I have not renewed the plan that expired 6 days ago (during the holidays), I asked them to send me a payment link since I did not have the card with me, and they told me that they only accept payments in the store. So I could not pay and they did not have the courtesy after all these years of giving them business to give me the package. The package is a mail of our property, and they use it as pressure for the renewal. They say that it is their policy and it seems rather a low business practice. Few minutes later P.S. We went home to get the card to renew it, and when we asked about the packages that they told us were there, they said that we had already picked them up and that there was no package. In other words, they told us that there was a package for us to do the forced renewal and once we had done the renewal, they now tell us that there are no more packages there and that everything had already been picked up. Unbelievable. Figures!
