I live at there Bay151 property in Bayonne. Absolutely love the reasonable monthly rent for all the wonderful things we get. Great amenities, great events, and great responsive staff. Maintenance is quick and so kind. I absolutely love living here and will tell everyone I know to get a place here ? thank you for giving me my first home that feels like home!

I rent an apartment at Journal square 1. This place used to be good when I moved in early 2021. However I can't say the same now. The building management has been very irresponsible. They don't respond to your emails at all. My lease is about to end and I was asking them for options for extension when they were responding promptly but since my situation changed I only requested them for a 1 month early departure. Since that day, I haven't received any darn response. Mendel and Samantha are doing a horrible job being in the building management. They are non responsive and don't show any courtesy to tenants. Moreover, the rents in this place are soaring and the area around is very very filthy.

Some of the equipment in the gym has been broken for many months and the trash chutes have been locked up since over a year. Trash rooms are filthy. The temporary dog run was hardly every clean. And they shut the permanent dog run last year with only 2 day notice but they charged the full amenities fee. (One of the main reasons for renewing my lease here was that they had a dog run).

The people maintaining and managing this complex are basically acting like slumlords.

Update: I had not imagined that these people would be so nasty. I have been emailing the property management since a week. I have not got a single reply. Everytime I call they say they will send the notice to quit and yhen don't to it.

If the KRE corporate office is reading this review, I request you to take Strict action since you guys charge $2500+ in rents and your property management are not even trained to execute their basic responsibilities.

Do not go here. You can find better and cheaper places that are way more well maintained than this one.

A high rise in Jersey city charging NYC rents with incompetent management. Absolutely unprofessional team of property managers. I rent at Journal Squared 2 and the elevators have been out of service for roughly 3 weeks now. No estimate on when issues will be resolved and the management refuses to communicate and will not respond to requests for rent concessions for the duration of the service disruption. Instead they had the bright idea of offering coffee and pastries in the lobby as an apology. Any reasonable individual would find this idea asinine. Elevators are down, there’s significant foot traffic in the lobby and waiting area—let’s clog up the lobby even more. What a bright idea. If management does not respond within the week I will be submitting my lease termination. Let’s hope other residents will be bright enough to do the same.

I've been a resident at 351 Marin, managed by the KRE Group, for a significant amount of time. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me with a growing sense of frustration and disappointment.

For the past three months, I have consistently suffered from disruptive noise originating from the gym located above my apartment. These disturbances have been so severe that they've disrupted my sleep, leading to sleep disorders and even causing mental health issues like illusory hearing. The noise, often occurring late at night, has left me feeling exhausted and anxious.

I have reached out to the concierge team regularly, calling them every day to request intervention and have also communicated via email with the property manager every few days. Despite my efforts, the situation has not improved. The property manager consistently defers decision-making responsibility, leaving me feeling unheard and without a resolution.

As a tenant, I believe it's essential to maintain a peaceful living environment, which includes addressing and resolving noise-related issues promptly. I hope the KRE Group takes this matter seriously and implements effective measures to mitigate noise disturbances in the future.

I rent in Easton. Maintenance , Eli, is extremely rude as is Jo Anna (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong ) in leasing office. I called headquarters as I’m often without hot water and ppl said my water heater that’s locked in the patio closet needs replacing. Management refuses to respond even corporate in Jersey City . In fact, I was told they aren’t taking any calls from residents from The receptionist today. I pay $2300 a month not including this ridiculous bill of $325 for ppl some months or less other months. They won’t help me relocate and I’ve reported a delusional old man who has threatened my safety in this building. I just want to live in peace but management, Jo Anna said You chose to live here so deal with it. The state should send out a few inspectors as many things aren’t to code. I’m in construction and disgusted with the lack of communication along with packages going missing in the common locker room weekly. This isn’t only happening to me. I’ve seen it myself and many residents are saying the same. I’d like to know why I’m paying more rent than others and being discriminated against as person who’s disabled.

Thank goodness I’m renovated my home and this is now temporary. No respect whatsoever. KRE should care about their residential properties and residents.

KRE Group office staff is super friendly and very professional.
Joy is the Leasing manager and she is very caring and helpful.
Denise is also works at the leasing office and she is very hands on and goes above and beyond for the tenants needs.
Jasmin the regional manager even tried to help me get a part time job with the company once and always looked for ways to make sure that the maintenance work in my apartment got done in a timely manner.
The staff at KRE Group is top notch in my book and I highly recommend renting an apartment from this company.

Willow Point resident. Newly built apartment complex in Willow Grove PA. Let’s just say , it seems like the materials used were from Ikea. So if you want to hear neighbors walking above you, the bass from music next to you , dogs barking in the hallway, this is the place to come. Your only option is to live on the top floor. The leasing agents here are awesome! They do what they cane but Problem is they can’t blow their nose unless the regional manager of KRE or corporate says its ok. KRE does not care what a tenant says or thinks. I wouldn’t be surprised they sell this complex to a new buyer because they knew they screwed up when building it.

This company will offer a moving in promotion then make you pay it back after you move out I moved into a property on a promotion with gave me $1,083 off my second months rent. I moved out due to ignorant neighbors and now I’m being forced to pay back the $1,083 in 30days. They don’t explain that to you and they just put it in small lettering in the least this company is a scam all they know how to do is take money for people. DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
