Worst kind of people you’ll ever get, full of ego and cruelness, (zero in case of kindness)

Always remember you’re there because of us Students and customers should be treated with respect and kindness, not with ego.

Thing was, I had came from another city to Mumbai for revision sessions and I had to apply for exams but I didn’t had any facilities to fill the form online at place where I as staying and we were at the Institue for literally whole day for revision sessions and also last date to fill the exam form online was almost 1 day away.

So naturally I’d ask the people inside the Institue for help, to let me fill my exam form which could had hardly taken 10 mins max to max

But no one helped me, everyone was passing me from one place to another, one floor to another as if I was soccer ball.

Even the desktops were idle they denied me to help. I had literally seen, they were sitting idle at one place and gossiping and their PCs were literally idle yet they denied me and told to go another place. When I went there, they too had many pcs idle and yet they denied to help.

How do you expect us students to believe you and trust you when you cannot even help 1 student to fill the exam form online when you’ve hundreds of pcs in 8 storey building with many people there ‍♂️

I seriously had deep negative impact of the Institue now.

There are many issues that many students might be facing with respect to many things.

I feel really very bad when the entire nation praises so high of our Institue and at the same time when students face lots of hardships.

No doubt you are putting many efforts for the students but still the negative impacts are such big that you can’t even imagine.

And also the partiality you put between student and member is so bad. I had literally seen and experience the same, many times at your branch.

Please try to put some sense in the people over there. It literally felt to me personally like I was in jail ?

Also the system it has of lift is so worse.

They’ve canteen at first floor and they don’t allow the lift to stop at first floor. You need to climb from ground floor and when you’re at ground floor waiting for lift to come while you’re taking with friends, you’re always shushed to keep discipline and keep silence. Like seriously? Are we small primary school kids ?

So much of negative memories in this branch ?

Now even bus stop is available.. to and fro buses between ICAI and Bandra Railway station as well as ICAI and Kurla Railway Station are running.. frequency is also good..

Worst staff . I will warn you not to order from cds instead just take xerox copies. As i order my RTP but instead of mailing and calling them literally for 50 times they didn't deliver it to me. I told them i have ca final exam starting from 2 nd may still they are not providing it and gives lame replies stating it will deliver it to you on 2 nd may. They takes students granted. Pathetic service. I placed order on 2 nd april but they are still not sure if they can deliver it till may 2. And after that if they do so what's the use of that? This is how they are making their mark as professional institute. Very much disappointed with such unprofessional staff of institute.

Location is great. Faculty being not good manner concerned.Call facility not cooperative. No call pick up. But good library service for CA students. Transportation is goods generally auto riscksha private ola and uber.

This toxic staff don't even deserve 1 star I would have to rate them -000 they are educated but it's seen as uneducated CAs and the staff are very rude and don't have manners. They have egos which are higher than the PM. Shame on you. Your institute plays with the students' marks best Maniplutors. ACCA Institute is far better than yours. CA aren't the god there is only one god his name is Jesus. Stupid course for poor people they play really well with the student's life and they are fabulous manipulators. They only have pride in those two freaking letters and on their signatures. The Bible says to humble yourself before god otherwise he will destroy your big ego and pride.

Excellent, courteous staff. Being physically challenged, I was escorted wherever I needed to go. Extreme empathy. I would like to mention that Ms Kanchan at the reception desk was very helpful and kind.
