I felt like the tellers are trying to set people up. Why would they ask the customers how much they’re withdrawing from their account out loud for others in the bank to hear. I asked them repeatedly not to say my requested amount out loud and they did it several times. I felt very uncomfortable. The worst customer service ever. Oh yea, once the atm’s starts back working I advise you not to use it.

Thursday, 7 pm. ATM inside the bank is not available - dopr closed. ATM outside was broken, froze on "Processing. We're getting your cash". Didn't give me any cash. The worst bank. Two ATMs in other TD bank were down.

Thee worst customer service. Drive thru line open green light.. repeatedly called for service at the call carrier box. Proceeded to call bank from my cell phone while in drive thru.. No answer.. Drove around to come inside took a picture 3 teller workers no line.. so I asked why is the green light on if no 1 is working the drive thru, no answer so then I said I called the bank to inform you I'm at the drive thru window. Bank Employee said the "lines were down".. So I simply said 'please turn off the drive thru light if it's not open.. especially since we can not call through the bank land line to give you a heads up that a customer is sitting in an open drive thru line not being attended to". She said "thank you of notifying us of this"

Should be renamed the worlds most inconvenient bank. Everyone seems to be at a turtles pace. 3 employees walking around and a line all the way out to the ATM

I must say, if I wasn't already with a credit union, this bank would mine! This particular location makes it so worth it! The assistance here is generous, supportive, funny and all around wonderful! They truly make you feel like a welcomed person and not like money walking through the door! I absolutely LOVE These men and women. Like I said, if I didn't already have a credit union that kicked my butt, I would move my funds here in a heartbeat!!!!

Service at this TD Bank location is so terrible; they should just hurry up and shut it down. You have to wait In your vehicle to be called in while all employees staring around aimlessly.How long should someone wait in their vehicle to be called in? Yes, over an hour waiting in my car.

Worst Customer Service and shift leader didn’t seem to care! They were closed on Sunday and they had a power outage and I was not able to get into my safety deposit box until almost 2 hours later. I do not recommend this business.
