Went there earlier in 2024 and Mars helped me get my first tag for my new car. Their mother, Deborah, helped me as well in December. They were very welcoming and made the process fast and easy.

Got VM from “Debbie”.
To “pick something up”. When I called, lady was disgustingly rude and condescending. From the moment she answered the call, she responded to me as if I’m stupid. I turned in my license plate (process I hadn’t done in a while) so I just wanted specifics on how it works. Her rudeness made me cut the call short. I called back to see if she’d come to her senseS, she still was rude, and claimed she’s not “condescending” while cutting me off while I’m speaking.

Was going here for years, will NEVER GO back. Sad that this establishment allows that. Neither will my family ever return to this office. I’ve had a great experience for years with such helpful stafff . Up until todays’s call.

If Eric sees this, there’s plenty of complaints about this woman. The fact that the behavior is repeating is very telling.

They took care of the entire registration process when transferring my license plate to Florida. It was so nice not having to go stand in line at the DMV. The process was incredibly easy and efficient. They walked me through what documentation I’d need. I had my license plate in hand a couple of days later.

Wow, what can I say! I came to them after trying many times to deal with the Broward County Tax Collector in regards to registering a vehicle purchase. Broward denied me each time for a different reason. Exasperated I went to State Auto Tag in Sunrise where Eric & Debbie completely saved the day and took on the insurmountable task of trying to get a corporate owned auto title from Montana registered in Broward County. They kept in constant contact with me and explained each step of the process. They would not be deterred and carried the ball across the finish line!! Professionalism with courtesy and customer commitment always wins!! Thanks to everyone there!!

I have no idea why this company doesn't have 5star across the board reviews. I have been doing all my Auto and tag business with them for many years , and they are absolutely wonderful. Debbie and Eric are true honest professionals that are on point with there knowledge and costumer satisfaction. Good people great service and let me not forget about Mars who is also so kind and helpful. Love these guys.

If you are having a good day and need a negative experience to bring you down, go see Deborah over here. Wow, talk about bad customer service. She was awful! There are tag agencies on every corner, skip this one. She should not be working there.

Update: adding more detsil since owner is saying it is bogus. Deborah called us over and was rude, she felt bothered by our questions and was not service oriented. Was saying she couldn’t help because i didn’t have the registration with me but did not tell me what she could use to help me so I could provide. Then said her system was not working and would have to come back. It is clear she doesn’t want to help clients.
