This morning, I stopped by to cash a check and was met with rude and unprofessional treatment. The teller claimed I needed a legal visa to cash my check, which is completely false. This has never been a policy or requirement before, and I’ve never had any issues using my valid passport. To make matters worse, the check was issued by their own bank, yet they still refused to process it.

The teller, a Latina woman, escalated the issue to her manager, who shockingly confirmed the same incorrect information. It’s unbelievable that employees, including management, are so poorly informed about their own policies.

I later learned from other patrons that this location is notorious for its poor customer service, which only reinforced my disappointment. Their incompetence caused me significant stress and delays, as I urgently needed access to my funds.

Always a good experience at Space Coast nice friendly staff. The branch is a little dated. Maybe some day they will redo the counter tops to 12 to 13 inches so it can fit 2x 8.5" x 11.5" sheets of paper if you were to have some documents to sign and not some counter that can only hold maybe 2 stacks of dollar bills. Though that is how most Space Coast branch counter are any ways. Guess the watch dog was looking out to not spend too much money or give us too much real estate on the counter tops. Instead this branch has a lot of offices that are probally only less than 1/2 used or more most of the time. Not sure what the dog was thinking if we were supposed to have a cocktail party or something in the offices to balance things out for being a member. Other than that it's always a good to excellent experience at any of the branches. Some are always going to be better than others but it's a great community bank. Most people don't know what they are missing out on until they have banked at other banks to know how good Space Coast is to its members. If this is your first bank you have ever banked with in your life trust me you will know how good you had it when you go to some other bank with long lines out the door and only one teller working.

Making payments online to your loan on the app or website is not user friendly. Update made to the app and website was for the worst.

As a longtime member of this bank it hurts my heart to say this but this is probably the worst branch on this side of south florida. I have a cash business that requires i deposit money weekly. However this branch only has ONE atm which is in the drive through. The problem with this atm is that it is almost ALWAYS BROKEN. every week on sunday i show up to the atm unable to take deposits. I then go inside to ask about it,mind you on the next day cause they closed on sundays, TO THEN BE BLAMED AS A CUSTOMER FOR IT NOT WORKING.one time it ate an entire deposit of 600 dollars and it didnt deposit the money in my account untill they could open the atm TWO DAYS later. I even spoke to a employee that admited the atm is consistently not working and that they need to get a new one. Yeah im depositing money at a different branch from now on forsure. 0/10 experiences

I have been waiting over 45 minutes on the phone until I got so frustrated and I hung up, they have a problem with the computer and I guess nobody works the telephone over there. I’m very disappointed.

Why do you make it so difficult to use your online banking? Once again I logged on to make a payment on my vehicle loan and once again your system is asking me a security question that I never selected, so guess what - since I never selected that question I do not have an answer! Then your banner appears at the top of the screen with a phone number to call for assistance.
AFTER entering my requested pin #, and social security THEN your system tells me "Sorry that department is closed"!!!!! How about put your business hours in the banner with the phone number so we know NO HELP is available BEFORE we dial the number and punch in our info!?!?
I had this same issue last month, spoke with your rep, and you said you fixed it. Well you didn't obviously!
