I was able to get a super low rate and she explained to me in full details everything about car insurance which other agents at other insurance didn't. I highly recommend her! Kally I s very unprofessional and not helpful. She has a very nasty attitude. Once they take your money that's a wrap. I have been waiting a year in a half and have mentioned this matter to the manager kally who doesn't care about any thing but repping ppl off. Iam still fighting to get money from irs because of something she have did and don't want to correct it. Please don't do not go here.
