For the past five days, I've been facing significant losses due to glitches in the Dhan app and website. Their system is unreliable, and when I reached out to customer support, I was told that they’re not responsible for my losses since all orders are executed through NSE not by Dhan app. But as you know we are using Dhan not NSE directly. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise against using Dhan for trading, as you risk losing your money consistently.

I have been requesting to close my account since last 10 to 15 days but still it is not being done. I fill the close daily form but do not get any reply. I am getting irritated with the application to close my account but the reason is not exiting. I keep applying to close my account. everyday customer care call to get not received

Really disappointed with Dhan customer service.
Firstly they keep us hold for 10min to connect later they are in hurry to hang up the call at earliest and don’t resolve the problems. Dhan should understand providing free account opening may grab new customers but not an active customers if this is the case of service you provide. Really disappointed and at the last they say please email us which is no use.

Money-Centric approach, Worst customer care, scripted answer (They have one answer for all issues "SORRY"). Most of the times they have issues with trading platform, when you complain along with video recording still, they won't agree and will make you feel guilty.
Price difference when compared with NSE/MCX site and Dhan trading, incomplete formation of candles, etc.
if you want peaceful trading life then i would suggest you not to trade with DHAN.
