If you ever go in for a loan please ask for Barbara or Erica. My car was totaled and I needed to get a car before the holiday weekend. I filled out my application online and the person who was supposed to help me was out for the week but nobody informed me. On the 3rd day, I called to check in & Barbara answered the phone. She then proceeded to help me finish my loan to get it to underwriting. After underwriting Erica called me on SATURDAY before the long weekend to help close my loan. She always talked to me about more coverage options than the underwriter did. She was on a mission to get my loan closed so I could pick up my new car, which was on hold, at the dealership that day. Since my accident, everything has been super stressful but these ladies were the rainbow at the end of a rainy day. I'm forever grateful for them. 4 stars because I even came into the branch and the person I spoke to didn't inform me that the person my loan was assigned to was out.

I have had two recent contacts with the Sunrise branch. I was assisted by Ericka in the lobby. She was terrific! And, today I was helped on line by Janell, who was terrific also. I have had a close affiliation with the credit union since 1985 when I was the electrical contractor working with "Bob" the first president. Many good folks have come and gone. It is nice to know that you still hire the best and promote from within the credit union.

I have been banking with Priority One for over 20 plus years. I have had some good customer service and some mediocre service over the years. Today, I had the most amazing customer service ever! My entire experience from the moment she picked up the phone was exceptional. Juli took the time to listen and address my needs and concerns. Juli, thank you for listening without interruption, being so kind, and understanding. You were competent, proactive and you found the answers to my questions and concerns. I have been with Priority for 13 years and have never been disappointed in their services. Today I worked with Janell to
change my phone number and she was so easy to work with. I love the professional attitude and the care that they take to make banking easy!
