This bank branch is unbelievable. I have a business account and they hold my funds like ransom. They are not professional and hang up on you. They are rude and don't explain well enough. They forget to tell you specific things that are important and then blame you for it.

They only have one ATM in Fresno and it goes out of service at least once a month

7 phone calls one in person visit two emails and almost 2 months for this institution to send me a $16 check in the mail after I closed my account.

For the last 6 months I've been unable to use the ATM. They issuing a new debit cards and I keep having the same issue. No customer support and they are illegally charging me ATM fees for ATM that doesn't work

Literally trash. Avoid this "bank". They only have one ATM machine in Fresno and it doesn't work.

Very dissatisfied with this bank , I can go on about my issues with this bank! But not worth my time to write a long review over! Look else where , Closing my account as I write this! By far worse bank I ever had to deal with from top to bottom!

I used to like coming to this bank . But ever since the staff has change . The customer service went down the drain . It used to feel welcoming when you walk in not anymore. And now they only let one person in the bank at a time Which is ridiculous since there is plenty a room for customers to be 6 feet apart this bank has gone down the drain if I could give a negative stars I would.

This bank has slowly lost good customer service. You know it hit bottom when you in bank 5 min and nobody says ,hello. This is poor training and reflection of bank training.
