This is my third time working with Pam Herron. The first time I worked with Pam, I was going through a divorce and needed to qualify to refinance. The knowledge Pam has got me qualified for the best rates when other said that they could not. The hours Pam work for her clients after normal business hours and on the weekends is something you do not get that with a bank or other companies. Pam works for her clients and you cannot find a better person that will work harder and later to get you the best rates. With the current interest high, when I decided to refinance this house, I went back to Pam again due to her knowledge, the trust I have in Pam, the hours she work on weekends, familiarity, and knowing that she would do the best for me to get the best rates possible. If I have to purchase or refinance another home or recommend a person purchasing a house to a mortgage company, I will tell them that Pamela Herron with Castle and Cooke Mortgage is 110% the way to go; there is no one better!!! I stick with Pam, because she explains everything, easy to work with, and does what is best for her clients.
