I spoke to Win (Winmary) on the phone and she has such horrible customer service. The woman had attitude and such bad energy like she wasn’t happy with her job. On top of that, I tried to explain to her manager Kim and although she had better customer skills; nothing was resolved.

This is the place to go if you need financial help! WinMary was sooo kind and helpful! She wasted no time and had the process fully explained and done in a time frame that even surprised me! I highly recommend this office. Not only is the staff amazing, the whole vibe is super welcoming and comfortable.

I had lost my job last year 3 months no money coming in unemployment denied benefits, i told one main this they said theyd work with me but in turn theyd call me 4-5 times aday, i had gotten a new job told them i coukd only afford $200 a month being that i waz making less money, they continued to call me 4-5 times a day, i made payments every month since i was reemployed then they say they put my account in repo, or make payment arrangements, told them again the situation and that i was making payments of what i could then they put a repo on my credit report, this company is the worse to deal with. I had hired an attorney because in state of Florida it is illegal to call and Harris for money over the phone especially after i told them that i could not except phone calls during work hours

Super rude! I was denied due to a mistake on a paystub. They call to verify your employment but can’t call to verify if your full or part time!? The lady was so unprofessional and so rude and didn’t even give me a chance to fully explain before cutting me off and hanging up in my face. Thanks for not approving me I’ll be looking else where! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I can’t express all the good things I could say about this company but specially this location wowwww when I thought I had no options they had more than my expectations to help me…. I publicly want to thank Kim At Winter Haven location for everything she did for me getting me different option even educating me on how to do things in the future so it can be beneficial for me and my credit, it’s was very simple and easy I did not have to go over bridges or mountains to get what I needed and even more ?, I had my money in my account ready to use 30 min after the closing. As I said I can’t express all I feel right now but I do want to say thanks because this is the beginning of building my new future after having to struggle for the last 3 years and thanks to God and OneMain Financial I see light at the end of the túnel. Thanksssss Kim!!!!!!!!! You are the best!!!! I will be praying for you ?.

Extremely rude over the phone. Tried to take possession of my car for a loan that’s worth less than my car. Absolute robbery. Rude over the phone. And couldn’t even explain things professionally. Don’t ever deal with this company go somewhere else.
