My business has used Nweze for close to 8 years.

Since last year, they failed to complete my companies payroll twice, dragged their feet on assistance with a new EIN that took almost 6 months and were continuously given the run around eventually leading to us going to someone else, prepared and filed my companies taxes incorrectly, and once the IRS refused the filing, Nweze did not contact us for several months on a correction and refiling until we reached out to them to find out what was taking so long.

I have had to refer to email correspondence solely due to the constant lies and shifting information they have given us just to keep things documented

Now, Cavanaugh Nweze, the owner, is refusing to correct the mistake and refund payment. I am filing a formal complaint against Nweze with the IRS.

Please beware, this CPA does not communicate in a timely manner, sometimes taking weeks to get a simple answer for a simple question, is argumentative and is willing to take people's money without completing their job.

I will never recommend any individual or business to use their services.

We were one of the first companies in their portfolio and by the end of it acted like our business wasn't valuable to them.
