Kylee did my taxes last year. It was supposedly e-filed. My refund never made it to my bank account. Kylee was extremely difficult to contact as she rarely returned my calls. After a month or so, I contacted the IRS only to be told that my tax return was never filed. After finally getting hold of Kylee, she insisted she had filed it but still she filed it again. This time, the IRS had the return within 3 days, but now due to all the delays, the refilling, etc., the IRS had to open a ‘possible fraud” investigation to make sure I was who I said I was. This took about 3 more weeks, before I finally received my refund. I thought all this might have been a simple mistake and (before reading these other bad reviews) I was actually going to give her another try. So I called and left a voicemail with her. That was 5 days ago. She never returned my call. Done with her.

We have used Kylee for several years and never once had a problem...... until this year. Like the others she did our taxes and "filed them electronically". Well it turns out she never did and the IRS has no record of our return. Now we have to find another accountant and have our taxes prepared again. I don't know what happened as we reached out to her many times in many different ways with no response. I urge anyone that has had a problem with Klee Miller to contact the IRS and file a complaint. IRS form # 14157-A.

Kylee Miller is a fraud n liar
Stay far away
She ignored me for months to get my taxes done , she was asked to file extension.
Again ignored for months .
Then claims she did file my extension.
IRS looked it up she never filed my extension.
Don’t ever use her n tell all u know to never use her

This lady is a FRAUD! Do not trust her with your taxes. Long story short my husband and I went to file taxes with this lady on 2/10/2023, she promised to process everything and charged us a fee. The refund for both my husband and I was supposed to appear in our bank account within 2 weeks and we never received it. We called and texted her regarding our refund and she avoided our calls and rarely responded. When she responded twice she made excuses about her personal life and promised she processed everything correctly. We continuously followed up and eventually she blocked our numbers and refused to respond to our emails. Finally at our wits end we contacted the IRS and they advised us that our taxes were never filed. We had to contact a CPA to revise everything (thank God we had copies of her “work”) and come to find out she made MANY ERRORS on our taxes. Please do NOT USE HER SERVICES she is a big time fraud! You’ve been warned.

DO NOT use!!!! we are in the process of trying to clean up the mess from things that were never filed or done correctly it's become very expensive and a nightmare. Won't answer calls and blocks numbers so pathetic!!! The lawsuits will be coming soon I'm sure by many!!!
