Their saving account rates are amazing and once thing are set up they work fine but ive had multiple issues with their system and they always look at me like I'm the problem or something. For example I tired to cash some bonds today with them and it didn't work went to another bank and they were immediately cashed without issue.

The worst Bank by far... I have been banking with this bank for the pat few years and this bank knows I am an OTR commercial vehicle driver . They forever blocking my card and then they don't send notification stating any fraud was detected and block me so many times and make me go through the most embarrassing moments.. I don't recommend this bank at all.. I will be closing my account and bringing my business else where..

I came in today 5 minutes before closing, when Eva asked what she could help me with. Not once did she make me feel rushed to get out even though I knew it was closing time. Tyquilea joined in and helped by understanding the situation and guiding Eva to a solution. I came in distraught and left pleased to know that the staff at this branch have compassionate and professional skills and continue to treat customers with kindness.

I have been with MidFlorida (MF) since 2005. Back around spring 2023 I was left out of accessing the call center while I was stuck in South Dakota with. Card access issue. While on the call I asked to be escalated. The call center employee decided to hang up as I pleaded to be escalated to be verified. Only was told by the employee to go to the nearest BRANCH. I told her I can’t I was in South Dakota at the time on a Friday afternoon and I don’t think there was any MF nearby. She said go to a local branch CLICK! ☎️

I’ve tried since before May 31st to reach out countless of times from the bottom of management at MF - BVL branch manager, District manager in my region to share the concern of leaving a member without access to their own money is not a great idea for the company and no response from anyone to investigate, train and improve the appropriate channels so this would never happen to any members again.

Horrible credit union. Horrible evil Elizabeth Warren style Debbie Thomas will repo your car for leaving the site of Florida. Worst customer service that I have experienced in 57 years on this planet. DO NOT get an auto loan with this company, you will regret it!
