Went through to deposit as usual around 6, for the first time I was asked in the drive through by the employee helping me for a password after I sent my deposit. This would be totally fine, if I knew what she was talking about. I didn’t, so I asked her “what password do you mean (because I haven’t been asked this yet depositing inside or through the drive thru), the one I used for the app, my card pin, my member ID #?” Bc I haven’t had to do this before and could gladly give whichever one if that could be clarified. I asked multiple times which one and the girl said “I don’t know how am I supposed to know your password” I said “no which password are you talking about” and she said “how should I know it just says a password is needed for all transactions”….im desperately trying to give you said password if you’ll just tell me what you’re talking about lmao. I assumed she’d know if it’s a password or pin etc if she was asking me for it since you know….she’s asking me for it…and works there…but laugh instead, very professional, just trying to deposit. Yet tomorrow when I go to a different branch or just a different person they’ll probably be able to explain it to me or help etc or not even need it.

If you file a dispute on a charge through the app they’ll lock your card and bank account WITHOUT NOTICE! I went to order dinner last night for my family and I couldn’t because my card was declining I knew I had the money in my account but my card was completely deleted off my account! I called to see what’s up and they told me it was cancelled due to the dispute and they said someone should have called me I was like well no one did and you all are lucky we’re not sitting here stranded at a restaurant and I decided to order Uber instead or else I’d be in trouble with police because I was the only one with money and if that were the case y’all would be facing a lawsuit
