The worst Finance company that I have ever dealt with.

Nicola Gray is nothing but a liar and a fraud and caused me months of inconvenience, stress and anxiety..

As others have said, systematically programmed to say no but will gaslight you into believing that they are impartial, and then manipulate the facts to suit the business interests rather than the customer. Correspondence is ignored, concerns are disregarded and will never speak directly with you, failed promises of call-backs, emails, letters.

I could say so much more but I will never touch another Mercedes again in part due to this company.

Horrific to deal with. Have a business lease which having been to the Ombudsman as per Mercedes process, am told they can't help because the agreement is unregulated. Complaint was 14 weeks old before they rejected the complaint. Eqe350 with phantom braking issues. Repaired more than once and won't let me cancel my lease with the car unsafe to drive. Now seeking legal action.... whilst the car is being repaired again. Use at your own risk

Poor customer service from day one. Multiple issues with my car over the 2 years i’ve had it. More recently, I logged a complaint regarding discrepancies with settlement figures over two months ago. Still no contact and no update from Mercedes. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately like everybody else I’m writing this review after the fact only wish I read them before I leased a van from Mercedes Benz Finance. I’m not one to leave reviews but Mercedes Finance deserves one as they are the WORST.
Came to collect van I had on 1 year contract I specifically asked if everything was ok and was told “yes it’s like new” and their transport company would collect later that day. 3-4 week later I received an invoice for over £1200 for damaged, Previous repair, Service light on & spare wheel missing.
The van was collected in Glasgow by THEIR TRANSPORT COMPANY and eventually delivered to BCA Doncaster when questioned about service light which still had 10 days until service when collected they did remove charge. When Question about “MISSING SPARE” they still tried to charge me something which I refused and eventually remove this from invoice. As for the previous repair I asked for more details which they sent picture which I deputed as I didn’t have vehicle repaired where they were pointing out they then changed their mind and said it was on another part of the van proving they are just making thing up. (As the van still wasn’t repaired anywhere near the second area) And still they want £790. I have disputed amount and have offer a fair settlement of £460 as I accept that there was scuff on rear bumper (£18 was their fee) and dent on side.
I’m not paying them anymore than my offer which I think is very fair as I can’t be held responsible from when I handed over the key to THEIR TRANSPORT CONPANY and the vehicle was transported over 230 miles. especially when their TRANSPORT COMPANY managed to “lose the spare wheel” (not just on my van but my friend also had van at same time and his spare went “missing”) this proves that their TRANSPORT COMPANY didn’t take care of vehicle and anything could of happened when is THEIR custody
FOR A COMPANY LIKE MERCEDES BENZ TO HAVE A 1.3 * review tell you all you need to know about using their finance DON’T!!!!!!!

P.S it was an electric van and had to be recovered on back of trucks it wasn't driven to Doncaster I know it left my premises and was dropped and in storage yard and god knows how many trucks to get to Doncaster.

This organisation is programmed to say no, and then fit the facts around the situation. They don't read correspondence or listen to your concerns, hiding behind small print and never speaking with you direct. My car has been off the road for 32 days now for a warranty repair, yet they are still collecting the money under the Finance hire agreement, but not delivering the services, and ignoring all communications. The don't operate to the FCA "Treating Customer Fairly" Guidelines. Avoid at all costs if you want a happy finance experience. Mercedes Cars aren't too good either, 32 days and still not repaired. Stock answer of MB Finance is to refer you to the Financial Ombudsman, I guess, hoping that you won't bother and will just go away. Appalling service and care for customers.

Appalling company. All seems fine until you try and return the car at the end of the lease. Like everyone else here, I had the same experience. i.e. They try and charge £1000's for non -existent 'damage'. Luckily I had taken a few photos before returning the car and was able to prove the majority of the alleged 'damage' wasn't present when they collected it. Avoid like the plague - bunch of scammers.

Month 2 currently chasing my refund due to me . My car was written of and the outstanding finance was paid of my insurers to them. month 3 payment has been taken even though there is no money left outstanding on the vehicle . I have sent emails with proof of payment from insurers to them , every time i call they say they cannot see the payment then they can. The company is a total shamble , I would not give the satisfaction of taking finance out again with them and will never buy a new Mercedes again

Absolutely shocking customer service representation and systems. Passed from different departments. Having to make numerous phone calls. None of the departments communicate with each other so you repeat yourself over and over again. I updated my home address 10 times and still continued to receive letters to an old address. Then I was told I owed a payment by a solicitor acting on behalf of Mercedes. It was the first i had heard. I hadn't received any communication regarding this due to them sending letters to my old address. They don't take complaints seriously and just brush them off. I had 3 cars from Mercedes spanning over 8 years. Never again. Shame as the cars are brilliant. I would advise anyone thinking of going with Mercedes to stop now. The customer service is an absolute disgrace. Still no follow up call from Mercedes. Now 5 months on and they haven't investigated the calls that I have asked them to listen to.
