The reviews are true lol. Just went in to apply for loan and girl with glasses was really very rude with bad attitude. The other agent seemed more talkative and personable.

Update: glasses or glasses, the agent assigned to us had an attitude and was rude. Thats a fact we do know.

Went in to renew. Girl at the counter was RUDE..treated you like you were stupid for needing money. She wasn't helpfull in getting my paperwork forwarded to their side. People don't know why someone is here. In this industry people need to not view everyone as desperate. Never had such a bad experience here as I did today.

I submitted an online application, they asked for social security over phone instead of online ( I get site isn’t secured ). They call me back and I wanted to complete the application with her but she had this very snide attitude when I asked for some confirmation she is with said company. She answered her name and said company again social security over the phone is sensitive information so all I was asking is to clarification before I gave it. I was going to look at confirmation email which was blank so I figured I’d look online and look at the number she called from is number from the company. ( so many scams now a days ) I just wanted to be safe. She had more snide remarks saying she’s been doing this 20 years and if I don’t want to. I said that’s not the case but as you know doing this so long it’s sensitive information. She the. Said confirmed address , email and phone number her position again. All I was asking for some sort of clarification. Anyone now a days can make a website. I was fine with her confirmation, he what upset me was her attitude towards it. Very belittling , it’s already hard and uncomfortable to ask for a loan so I just wanted a little peace of mind. Even a friendly “ I assure I will take care of and everything is secured “

Not “ I been doing this 20 years , so do you want to continue “

Needless to say I decided to try somewhere else. I would rather my brakes give out then deal with such cattiness
