Hire in Feb 2024, two week job to start March 11th 2024. Needless to say this company took all my money and never finished a job.
I paid for kitchen remolding, 8ft Trek fence (got a 4th cedar) Beam for my livingroom.
I over paid my total and they were still asking for more$$.
Marco kept making me promises he was going to redo my horrible countertops, repaint my whole kitchen due to the fact the ceiling was the wrong color.
I paid for backsplash tiles that I never got. I paid for a beam that I never got. I paid for countertops that were complete.
And Marco stopped returning my phone calls kept saying he was going to come back, stood me up more days and they showed up. The last time i tried to call Marco was May 2024. He said Linda would get with me for a refund but i paid almost 10,000 and I had to get a second contractor who finished my kitchen and less than a week.
Still waiting on a refund, unless you have money and time to burn, do not use this company.

KRE Group provided exceptional and professional craftsmanship when remodeling our bathroom and merging to room to make them ADA compliant. Also they helped us create a grandparent suite.
Marco's team was excellent to work with and very reasonable with the price for the project.
We definitely appreciate the work and the final product looks like it was original to the home.

Marco was our general contractor when we completely remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms . He had excellent suggestions on quality materials. He was professional and his crew was respectful and very clean. I would definitely recommend KRE group Marco Rodriguez for any home remodeling project.

A two and a half week bathroom remodel has been going on now over two months.
The general contractor had the granite cut for the wrong color sinks. Don't know what to do about that.
They do not show up when they are supposed to. They are disorganized in every way.
Once you get them there and they figure out what needs to be done....the work quality is good or they redo it if you ask them to fix things that are subpar. The type of things that should have been done right the first time.
I will never use them again. I just want my bathroom finished!

Had them redo the counter tops and master bathroom. Everything went smooth and was very professional. Estimate was exact and finished the job in the expected time frame. After a week Marco called to make sure everything was good and did touch up where needed. He made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it.

I don’t know where to begin but I will try to keep this brief. Did they deliver on the initial contract? Yes. Did their inability to manage the project they took on for us cost us money? Yes. Did they mislead us and misrepresent timelines? Yes. I feel confident they are good people, but they took on too much with our project. They sold us very hard to sign with them then continually told us they were doing us a favor when we were paying them fair amounts and they failed to get permits on the first project they did with us. All in all a project that they told me would take 2 weeks before the contract was signed took almost 4 months. It did get completed, but there were weeks when we had to call them every day to get any movement at all. They are under resourced, terrible project communicators and incapable of managing details on larger projects.

I had terrible experience with this company, if you want to see pictures of their work please ask me for them. Not once but twice one of the workers left human feces in a bag, human feces! due to no water because of the installation of a new water heater.

My biggest complain is contractors had no supervision, the electrician brought his entire family to to his work, and never finished his job because he said Marco did not pay him for the materials.
