Fantastic experience from Caoimhe and Sinead! I was on holiday in Derry and was having problems with sore eyes and they sorted me with some eye wash which helped my eyes and reduced the swelling! Caoimhe sorted me some lovely new sunglasses whilst I was there which are absolutely brilliant. I also happened to mention about my regular glasses being too loose and Sinead sorted for me then and there. Customer service 5 stars!!

Thanks to the team at Finans for a great experience recently! Our 5 year old needed an eye test and subsequently glasses, and it was all sorted easily and quickly. Loves the new glasses and hasn't had them off! Thanks Caoimhe and team.

I was in Derry Ireland on vacation and went to many optical places to get new frames. Finan was the one and only place wh actually spent time to help me out. All the other big business named places wouldn't do anything without tests. Profesional,personable and friendly. The optician that helped me I wish you all the blessings in the world with your new little one coming.

A very professional business run by professional people. I must say the eye test was a good as it gets. Well conducted and with detailing throughout.

BLINDLY GOING!. i have read your review and as always expecting where i can add constructive feedback to help other reviewer's. and i totally understand you want glasses re what did you say ? glazed? . i dont know what that means but all i know is you bought your glasses from NZ! .. i travelled New Zealand from lake toupo #NORTHISLAND to #SOUTHISLAND Alexander!.... beautiful place. . Kevin i used once and will use noone else again but kevin .. in my eyes Kevin hires only the best nd his service is 1st class . ... we are too used to mediocre customer service in derry so when we get a caring and professional man like kevin we link to nit pick.. . i personally fely like a celebrity nd received amazing customer service. i do not know kevin on a personal level but this is my 1st time there nd my honest review. . . . ME! WEARING GLASSES SINCE I WAS 2 YEARS OF AGE. IM NOW 33. USED mooney and Scott opticians in derry all my life . tbis is my only encounter with this business. .
