We are a very happy tenant. We have recently renewed our lease; renting from them has been a dream come true. We have been in business since 1992 and after having a series of slum lords, we moved into our current location. Intelica worked with us to meet all our needs and they stayed true to the contract. We have been amazed, the parking lot is meticulously maintained year-round; snow removal, salt, and the maintenance has been incredible. Speaking of maintenance, whenever we call, they are usually at our front door before we hang up the phone. We cannot say enough positive things with our experience with them. We moved our business in October 2017 to a property managed by Intelica CRE. We have been impressed with their responsiveness to issues in and around our building. Our first property manager, Tina Ripple, was very friendly and professional, always taking care of our needs in a timely manner. Since Keya Hobson has taken over our property management, we have also been well taken care of. Intelica CRE does a great job maintaining their properties and thankfully their are very few times that we have to contact anyone with issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them as landlords.

Greatest leasing company ever! I have leased business spaces for over 30 years and have never been more pleased or impressed. Intelica is truly one of a kind. They have bent over backwards to meet and exceed all of our needs. The way they take care of their properties is unbelievable. Bonnie Hahn and Tina Ripple truly are wonderful to work with. We started an expansion project at the same time Covid arrived and the building was sold to a new owner. They spent an incredible amount of time coordinating the ownership transition and construction management while looking out for our best interests. I received excellent guidance from them and despite much chaos at the time, our project was completed to my satisfaction. They really cared about us as a tenant and were very hands on with project management and customer service. Intelica is not the biggest in their field, but they are the best!

The process to find and lease space is a somewhat lengthy one--if you are comparing it to renting an apartment. Everyone at Intelica has made this as easy as possible and I genuinely appreciate the high level of customer service. In particular Kristina Tsoubanos and Joel Meyer have been awesome. Kristina has patiently answered my 500 questions. I have dealt with other property management companies and lease negotiations and this has definitely been my best experience. And the building is beautiful.
