I love the team here. I’ve been to other places and have always been a little underwhelmed but not at this practice. I work with Ian and Matthew and they’ve helped me with the recovery from my frozen shoulder/shoulder surgery in record time. As a former personal trainer I am picky with who I work with and also curious about why I am doing certain exercises; they are so knowledgeable and always answer me with kindness and patience. The image on the left is from when I first started out and the image on the right is at the end of 7 weeks, full range of motion! Working with them after the shoulder surgery and now currently on a foot that had been having issues for the past year, the foot is finally feeling better now that I’m working with them on it. I’m very grateful I found them!

it is not necessarily the business that makes a 5 star review, but the person who treated me. I had a pretty bad fall and for almost 3 weeks, tolerated the sciatica. The meds did not help. On Christmas Eve day, I discovered this place which was right on my street, I was able to secure an appointment for that day with IAN. I was go grateful to get help but did not expect such an amazing experience. This is a person who knows his stuff. He was patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful, working on me diligently. Second visit, on New Year's Day, he continued to work on my left leg, the hip and the area where sciatica lives. Today is the fourth day since I got treated and I'm walking! Thank you, Ian. And thank you to In Touch for having such a nice atmosphere at the place of operation, and in my own backyard. Don't hesitate to give them a call, and ask for Ian.You won't be sorry.

Great experience with In Touch. I’ve been going for a year following foot surgery and they’ve really helped me gain full join mobility. Ian + team have a thorough and thoughtful approach. Always checking progress and build exercises plans. Facilities are good with pre work out stimulation and post session ice. Would recommend!

I've have been seeing Keith and his associates for a few months for knee and shoulder pain and stiffness. Kudos to the team, my condition has since been greatly improved, and I am now almost pain free and have regained full range of motion. I am very pleased with the results.

I received a referral for PT with Keith for knee and back problems from my doctors office. I am so happy they referred me here! I worked with Keith in the office (beautiful and clean) and online. Both experiences were excellent and I found Keith to be supportive and knowledgeable. I finished my therapy treatments feeling stronger and more balanced. I would definitely refer Keith to any friends/family and will return to him if I have any other injuries.

Keith is an amazing physical therapist, I am so happy to have him in my life. Due to an injury I have had to do PT for months, Keith has been so supportive and understanding of my injury and most importantly of my limitations. He takes the time to make sure I’m doing each step properly; not over extending myself and taking note of when an adjustment is needed. Also, this location is perfect since it’s near all the trains in lower Manhattan.

Keith is the best PT. He helped me more than I could ever say. If not for him and the attention and caring he gave to me I would not have recovered from this frozen shoulder which I have found out is VERY painful. Unlike most PT places, and I have been to a few, you are never sitting around waiting. I am so thankful to him for his kindness and amazing expertise in knowing exactly what I needed to do in PT and at home. Thank you so much Keith, I will recommend you to anyone I know who is in need of PT. Thank you again for all that you have done for me. You're the best
