My experience with this company has been nothing but extraordinary. I'm so thankful and grateful for everything you all done for me and my husband we needed help and you helped us and your staff is amazing very nice courteous and respectful and have awesome customer service skills. This last year has been very tough and traumatic. Along with the other medical issues I'm faced with day to day, I was also diagnosed with covid. A year later, and I'm still recovering from it. My husband has been supporting our family because I'm unable to work. When Natasha called me today about my hospital visit to see if I had insurance, I told her, "Yes, but we're behind on the premium." She said that she'll call me back because she needed to speak with her manager. She kept her word and called me back to tell me that they were going to help us catch up our premiums. God is so good because we are barely keeping our heads above water, so this help couldn't have come at a better time. Thank you guys so much!
