Very horrible company ! My mom has a car through them. They treated her very badly over the phone this Friday ! She’s spoken to 4 people in the past weeks and everyone has told her different things. They’ve been lying and just talks to you any kind of way and they get the others to gang up on you! Lonna or louonna and her supervisor Buchanan are very unprofessional. They’ve made it very HARD for her to pay on the car AND has brung up her personal information. She’s been trying to contact someone in a higher position to help her but it seems like they have her calls going straight to them! Legal action should be taken! VERY VERY HORRIBLE PEOPLE

If I could give them zero stars, Alexis and Rachel were EXTREMELY RUDE to me after calling me all hours of the night for days at a time. Rachel yelled in the phone while cutting me off while speaking. Alexis did the same while hanging up on me. These people seem to be stressed and have anger issues. If the owner is reading this I advise you to listed to these employees calls. This will cost your company in the long run. I see why they have horrible reviews on other sites. In all my 31 years, I've never encountered such atrocious customer service. They rank as the very worst finance company globally. Utterly unprofessional, rude, and shockingly unpleasant. Avoid this company at all costs. They are a disgraceful example of how not to conduct business. I eagerly await the end of my contract with them. Terrible people with horrible attitudes. Changing the name of the company does not create better morals.

If I could give a 0 or negative rating, I definitely would. This company is disgusting to work with and their favorite line is “maybe you should call family to help you” if that’s not the most ignorant thing you could tell someone. How do you know I have family? Or help? They are very rude, they talk over you. The background is always so loud when talking to a representative.
