Dear Team, i am getting message from Fibe loan regarding due amount. But I had requested not to process the loan. Also I have not sign any document. how and who has processed this loan without customer consent. Kindly check and confirm by today evening positively.

Very worst experience for taking loan, even after paying couple of emi and even you fail for one month , they will add lot of fines and again adjust the amount close to initial loan amount taken . Their recovery agents use slangs, bad words on WhatsApp to whom Fibe never accept that the misbehaved was done by their unauthorised agents

I attempted to resolve the matter through your app's chat feature, where I communicated with a representative named Mr. Aswad. Unfortunately, the replies I received were irrelevant and unhelpful. This left me frustrated, as I was unable to get a clear explanation or assistance regarding my credit score or the issues I was facing.

I respectfully request the following:

A thorough review of my credit score, including proper verification of all relevant documents and financial data.
A more transparent and helpful response from your customer support team, with clear steps on how to address and resolve the issue.
If the app is unable to provide accurate credit assessments or reliable customer service, I kindly ask that you reconsider the app's overall reliability and take appropriate steps to improve the user experience.
Please treat this matter with urgency, as it directly impacts my financial decisions. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the steps you will take to investigate and address my concerns.

India’s worst loan agency Fibe / Early salary.They continuously harass and threaten you by calling and messaging for the services which you have stopped taking. They will lure you by no interest policy but later you will regret.So before taking any loan plz be informed about their terms and conditions and proper agreement should be done .But in Fibe case no proper agreement has been done.

I have recently requested to change the EMI date from 4th to 5th of Each month but they said we cannot do it as loan is active. I requested to cancel the e - mandate they say you cannot as loan is active and bank is not allowing us. I told if not ill have to bear 1100 charges but he is just saying as per policy. I have take loans more that 5 lakhs till now. I am choosing fibe and paying more interest simply because of good service and convenience and if this is the out come on my one request in past 5 years then fibe lost the customer after completion of this loan

One start is also enough ... they are worst , worst service and worst treatment to clients .. I suggest to never take any loan from them , they and their agents make your life hell in just one missed payment even . They don't understand the situation of the customer. They hire agents from outside to harass their loans consumers. and if you call their customer care with proof of mis behavior , they never help you by saying that - "We have not allotted any outsider agent to you". Taking a loan is fine but never ever lien your mutual funds here for loan they really don't know how to unlien it afterwards u will suffer a lot.... Don't do anything if u don't know how to correct it or reverse it after a lot of calls and mails still my funds are not reversed still unlien pending. Don't do any lien process in fibe.
