My review isn’t specific to this location, but the credit union all together. I would not recommend, it’s hard to get assistance with your account as you have to use a bot and it’s hard to reach a live person to assist you with anything. Also I have always received my bi-weekly payment from my job every Thursday, they will hold it until Friday from time to time, and it conveniently seems to be days where I have selected an automatic payment on that day. I have opted out of overdraft and when this happens they will charge you a fee even when they don’t cover the charge. I will say when I visit a branch they are friendly and helpful but I should not have to drive to a branch to get a quick answer to a question or to inquire about something regarding my account.

I’ve used CUTX to service my auto loan for the last few years and I highly recommend them! First & foremost, their lending rates are market competitive. Also, every time I’ve visited their Dallas location, the staff is incredibly friendly & helpful in answering any questions i have. I’ll be considering CUTX when it comes time to refinance the mortgage on my house too

I have been coming to this branch for years. The facility is well maintained the staff is always friendly and helpful. The service I received from Nancy Gutierrez today was so exceptional that I finally chose to leave a review to commemorate and memorialize just how outstanding this CUTX has treated me!

The worst experience I have ever had w a bank. Do not recommend. I my card was locked on a Sunday because i couldn’t remember my pin. I called customer service for help. They are closed. Till Monday. The app is trash! The chat bot is trash! I haven’t even had this account for a month. I try to Zelle my money to my chase account since my card was locked and I need gas! The Zelle isn’t working. I’m closing my account today. Nothing but inconveniences!

Not a member, but I will open an account with them soon. Daisy was helpful and quick. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

While I’ve never had an issue at this bank, it seems that all of a sudden after using their services 4-5 times I cannot cash a check. They didn’t really explain what changed between my last 4 visits and now why I’m not able to do what I’ve always done, but either way it turned me off from opening a bank account here.
