I came in for a cleaning. This office is respectful of appointment times. I don't wait long in the front room or the dentist chair once I go in the back. The front office staff, Butterfly, is kind and remembers even though it's been 6 months since I last came in. Vicky, the X-ray tech, was patient and made getting an x-rays as comfortable as possible. I typically get seen by Dr. Favela, who's got a gentle touch and has good stories to share while he works. But this time I cared for by Dr. Cárdenas, he was friendly and we joked about how quickly he was able to complete filling in under 4 minutes! I literally timed the doctor. This office is so friendly that a dental technician, Willie, came by to say hello he remembers helping me make a night guard. The last friendly staff that actually did my cleaning was, Jackie. She was very through and gave great advice on switching my toothpaste to help with my tooth sensitivity. This office is full of friendly, thoughtful professional. I highly recommend this Anaheim branch.

I walked in a a new patient in extreme pain, I was seen and treated with nothing but sincere respect ,all of the receptionist, the dental assistants and dentist him self were all so kind, patient & understanding. My emergency dental visit was handled very professionally & smoothly. I’m so happy they are now my insurance assigned dentist ?

Lupe, the doctors, hygienists and entire team are amazing. I brought my 18 year old disabled daughter in after she phased out of pediatric dentistry and was very nervous. However, they exceeded my expectation and experience by providing the best dental care. We found her new dentist office. Thank you so much!! Highly recommended for all.

I had a Very stressful situation but an incredibly wonderful staff helped me get thru it. Highly recommend these guys. They are just like family and really care about their patients. The Surgeons, doctors, and staff Are all top notch.

The wait times with an appointment are never on time. I can never properly schedule on work days because I never know how late to my appointment they will be. Not a problem if staff would call and at least let u know.i showed up for my appointment and my hygienist was out to lunch. Why was I scheduled then? 40 min later they came. Then the policy of not being able to get an exam n cleaning done together will have me finding a new dentist.the scheduling issues are only at bright now dental. Every other dentist takes care of everything in 1 office visit. I should be going 2-3 times a year to the dentist max. Not 7 times-3 cleanings, 2 exams, and 2 follow up visits from what exam found. All needing their own separate days because of corporate policy? I’m done. Switching at open enrollment this year. No more with the couple rude staff at front either. A few were great but the rudeness of the others over-shined it. Worst dentist office and experiences ever not because of the dentists but because of the way “corporate” runs the place.
