Stay away if you want a company to value their customers, I have a auto loan with Beneficial bank and I was making my payments and I had a terrible accident that left me in a wheelchair and I am struggling to make payments.but I still am and I’m asking the Beneficial bank if there’s any help or options regarding deferment and all they keep is denying me, and I am expressing my hardship with them. The rep is good and kind hearted, but all they can say is no there’s nothing they could do. I was 30 days late one time and they took 50 points off my credit And I asked him if they could do a Goodwill and a one time readjustment to my credit and they also denied me. I never had a Vehicle reloaded in my life I was always on time with my payments throughout my adult life And what sad is Bank of America and Wells Fargo and Golden one are willing to do deferment payment vehicles

If you were to choose a bank for a car loan or anything I Would recommend this location, they are willing to go above and beyond to help you with all your needs. I already bought 2 cars with them and will continue for the next ones. All the ladies are understanding and will listen to you with open ears. Please don’t listen to all the Negative reviews!! Hands down you won’t be disappointed. Nancy who helped me on the phone was very Caring, understanding, I felt a wieght was lifted off my shoulders with my situation. So i sacrificed paying $734 for the past 2 yrs. Just because i wanted my Accord that i never thought i would evver own. Anyway My Wife was the co-signer she wanted her name off. I thought that Beneficial state wasnt going to Refinance me. Guess what i was wrong. Thats when i met Jackie. Thanks to her expertise at what she does. She imeadiatly started the paperwork on the spot never gave me the run around always took my call. Jackie is verry helpful kind polite does her job well in all phases. She got me a low payment of $475 now thats a blessing i used to pay $734 huge weight lifeted now i can save money in my pocket. Thanks Jackie i hope you didnt mind me calling you Jackie. Lol Your the best highly recamended. I cant thank you enough Jackie. No hassle no runaround verry polite patient always responded in a timely manner Aewsome job. BENEFICIAL STATE BANK IS THE ONE TO GO TO. 5 STARS TO Jackie i apreciate you.

Terrible auto loan company! I only financed my car through this bank because it was promoted through “driving clean in the San Joaquin”. Their online paying system does not reflect accurate information and it does not post historical information. You have to “email a rep requesting it” and you never get it. They also charged for “insurance “ even though I had provided proof of insurance at the time of purchase AND had insurance the whole time. I was told it was my responsibility to provide the insurance if they didn’t have it. Mind you I never you knew because I wasn’t advised nor did it state in their online portal. Then they report “late payments” because their online portal does not reflect accurate information!! Forget trying to call because All staff are rude and don’t want to help. There is no sense of urgency and their answer to everything is I don’t know or I am not sure. A couple have even admitted their pay system is messed up! Last but not least they have fees and charges they can not explain and do not care to explain so you get stuck paying for things you do not know that you’re paying to avoid late payment son your credit. I will be reporting FDIC and BBB. This bank does not offer fair and consistent service. All in all- stay clear of this bank and take your business elsewhere.

I called in to make a auto loan payment to the local branch. When I asked about my previous payment this week because it didn't add up, she responded with a irritating tone I didn't appreciate. She could've responded better. Don't bring your problems from home to work. It's very telling when you speak on the phone. She might need more training in customer service. Do better. Just saying.

I called today about a fee I was confused about on my account and Denise was extremely helpful with me over the phone. I used to work as a receptionist in a doctors office and i could really sense that she cared, she was very patient with me and even gave me a thorough example when explaining my account info. 10 out of 10 customer service for Ms. Suarez!

Maria at Beneficial State Bank is wonderful and a blessing. She has empathy and compassion for her customers. I appreciate her humbleness she showed my daughter.
