The corporate part of the company is okay. I have no problem with my accounts or anything like that. My issue is with the location. Whoever is in charge is a complete idiot. The lines are always massively long and the tellers are slow as molasses in January. To make it worse there's no limit on transactions. The line can literally be out the door and there's only one or two tellers and they just take their sweet time about it. Granted the tellers are good and everything, but hurry up. This is business not a social club. Other people are waiting. One transaction needs to be the limit if the line is long. In addition there's never any emphasis on adding more tellers. The manager is a complete idiot and should be fired and not allowed to manage any public facing business. I'd love to be there when they fire the idiot so I can applaud.

If your in selma, don't bank here. Get ready to stand in line for up to 30min everytime you visit. The Citibank branch in selma is far superior.

On April 20th, I went into the Selma Branch. I had an issue with my B of A credit card, I spoke with Carlos in hopes that he could help me with the issues I was having. To my surprise, he was so helpful and professional and helped resolve the issue. He went above and beyond, he was on the phone for about 20 minutes trying to resolve the issue and with his help I was totally satisfied. In general people point to the negatives, and forget to point out the positives. Thank you so much B of A.

The employees are awesome here...there’s just not enough of them. You would think after BofA closed down the Kingsburg location, they would’ve hired more tellers to accommodate the influx of customers from there to the Selma branch. More often than not the line reaches the door and the wait time is in excess of 10 minutes. If you come here during lunch time, make sure to bring a lawn chair, a drink and a snack because you’re going to be waiting for awhile. Extremely poor administrative planning.

I drive right up or there is a short wait at the drive-thru ATM in Selma. ? I like that it offers $100 and $10 bills in addition to $20s.

I usually see a long line for indoor services, but I understand there is a PANDEMIC going on and appreciate? that they may have reduced staff, be implementing social distancing protocols, have capacity limits indoors, etc. to LIMIT THE SPREAD OF A CONTAGIOUS AND potentially LIFE ALTERING VIRUS.

I never have a problem getting through the parking lot, usually plenty of empty spots by the drive-through ATM. I see people waiting to park up front, and if that’s all you want, then of course there is “no parking”. But that’s just me✌️

I came to this bank exactly 3 times to buy coins for my collecting hobby . As you all know, Covid-19 was very effected alot of businesses included the banks . So what that means ? What ever lelf open usually are very crowded.
Long waiting line at these places are very normal and I bet everybody’s trying their best to serve you ...... I came in to a lot of different bank’s locations and I always got the nice , professional service ! Same deal here @ this Bank ( Selma ) , all the tellers including the boss ( manager!) sitting at the table behind are very helpful with a smiling face.... Maybe when I go , I left my selfish, my bad attitude at home I will recommend this bank to everyone I know!!!!! ( FYI : even know we’re all have to wear mask but you still can tell the person expressions by looking at the eyes and their voice, right ? ) ?

We arrived at 110pm on a Thursday, there were two tellers, one for the commercial accounts, and one for the regular customers. After waiting for 25 mins, we were next to be served, when the teller told us to wait while she took a commercial account in front of us. I pointed out to her that they had there own teller and we were next, she then told us to wait. At this point I was upset and started to leave, when we were approached by the so called manager, and I explained why we were upset, he then said maybe the commercial acct had been waiting, I then said we had waited also over 30mins... I then said I want to close my acct the so called manager then said very sarcastically, well you still have to see a teller. We will be closing out accts with Bank of America, after we were told we had special treatment has we have a sizable acct there. Worse treatment I have ever experienced!!!!! Rate this place at a -0000.
