I began with this company 08/07/2023. Today, 02/11/2025 I have received confirmation that all my outstanding MCA debt has been resolved.

This company was with me every step of the way even when I failed to keep up communications on my end.

The process was straight forward and simple.

I have seen other reviews here saying negative things about them but that was not my experience.

I would definitely use them again and recommend you use them. Just make sure everything is explained to you and if you don’t understand then ask questions. The team that assisted me (Pedro Wells and Susana Diaz - pain point of contacts) as well as the paralegals and negotiators.

Said they would negotiate my debt to a lower amount. Took $22,000 of my money. Did nothing for over a year, so I had to refinance my house to pay off the debt in full. Currently they have $28,000 (on top of the $22,000 they charged me for doing nothing) of my own money in an escrow account and are not returning it to me even though I have already paid the debt myself.

I don't even know where to start. The first thing I would state is don't use these guys. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I like many other business fell victim to Predatory loans. Got in over my head. This company comes along and offers the world. It's a lie.

They told me stop paying your loans, "don't talk to them" (red flag) "don't communicate with them" (red flag) just send them everything. I listened and that was my second mistake. They did nothing, the loans quickly escalated to UCC liens. They did warn me they'd go after my bank account and to do stop payments on those amounts which i did and they just changed the dollar amount and constantly tried to hit the account. I then changed accounts completely.

They said they may go after your Processor so i changed that or tried to but because of the this company I was unable to get another one. they said they have someone but that someone never responds back to you. (red flag)

Finally my intuit account was locked up. one of the loan companies filled a UCC lien. At this point I could barely get mary kirts or CJ (supposed legal rep) to respond to e-mails. I'd maybe get one response a day. Sometimes when they wanted money I got more. (red flag)

Mary kept pushing for my new account because I had to change accounts. I said no not till I get access to my money there is no point (red flag) that's all they wanted.

One of the companies i did reach out to after my intiut account was locked and they stopped replying to me. they said send us a payment and we will work this out. DONE easy peasee.

Here I am a month plus later, I have no access to my intuit account and now my paypal account. and I don't know what todo.

If i had just talked to the loan people this could have all been avoided. Now I'm screwed not sure what to do.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! I enrolled in their "program" at 964$ a week. They took $16K from me with $4,600 in escrow. Their supposedly "great negotiator CJ" negotiated a 20K settlement on a 23k debt. They touted from day 1 they could save me up to 40%. Lets do the numbers.

20k settlement. So I paid.
20K + 16K= 36K on a 23k debt!!!! a 110% payment. where was the supposed savings? THERE WERE NONE. Not to mention 10k came from a lien placed on one of my clients because they took so long responding to the lender. ABSOLUTE TRASH, GARBAGE, AND LIES!!!!! RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!!
