I received an email and phone call from them today. It was a missed call from Natalie. I wasn’t able to call back until about an hour went by. I spoke to Julie and after a few minutes I was given off to someone else. At first, I was asked how much I would like on a personal loan, then asked why I needed it. I told the guy that I was using the money on plane tickets for my 4 children to see me for Xmas. After the guy danced around what I was needing, he told me that I was approved for 5k. Then he went into his script that I needed to pay 149.00 today for debt consolidation and this would help my credit. He said that he looked at my credit report and said I qualified for the loan with no issues. I didn’t tell him that I was 3 months shy of finishing my bankruptcy. That’s another red flag among the others. He didn’t look at my credit report because if he did he would see that bankruptcy report. This is a total scam and I’m surprised that Am One isn’t in a lawsuit right now. For those reading this, stay far away. This company scams people just like car shield car warranty does. If I could give zero stars I would. I hope Am One gets sued for misleading people that are trying to get a loan.

Believe the 1 STAR reviews...Trust me.... Also, if your in NEED of a loan go right on over to ENABLE LOANS. They are legit and professional. I've done business with them (and currently doing business with them) and feel comfortable vouching and recommend ENABLE LOANS. Say NO to AmONE. NO NO NO.

I saw on the internet, that this company was highly rated! It said they help people obtain loans, instead of big credit card payments.

First off, I went to their website and couldn't find a telephone number to call someone! I felt ANY business, wanting to do business (have customers) would have their phone number plastered at the top of their website. I had to research the internet for a number to call?

Secondly, when I did find a number to call, I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I gave up at that point realizing, Folks, that this is a scamming company.

Personally, I would look for real companies, to help with credit card, loan, financing. Ones that have numbers to call, with real operators! Larry

Why 5 start to catch the attention, I receive this email last night from Equifax.com looks like is not a scam, but my first question why this credit report companies allow this marketing. When his responsibility is keep accurate all information about credit customer. I read the most reviews and looks like AMone is terrible. That’s mean if you use your judgment keep away from them.

I have been on the phone with this company all day and they say they are connecting me to a loan officerSpoke with the loan officer supposedly and we get disconnected they don't return my call when I call back I get a voicemail I truly think they are a scam. Very inconsiderate of your time and your financial situation. Why is your company lying to it's customers. Just be honest you are a debt consolidation company. Shame on you for misleading people that are really in need. Hard working people too!
Your company should be reported!

This place is going to catch a lawsuit if it's not careful. Leading people on by claiming they qualify for loan under the guise of debt settlement could be considered bait and switch. I wanted a personal loan to pay off credit card debt. Was told I qualified for a certain amount and come to find out there is no loan and that I would have to default on my credit cards which I have never missed a payment on, ever. They wanted me to give them $347 every month while I continue to default on my credit cards. After about 8 months to a year, they'll use my money to settle with these companies. Thing is, there is no guarantee these companies will agree to settle. Some of the bigger name companies would rather take you to court and after you willingly defaulted for a year, it will be hard to justify your side of the story with the court. AmOne won't be there to help you through the process, you're on your own. And the balances that do get paid off are considered income by the IRS which means you pay taxes on that. So all in all they use your money to pay off your bills after you butcher your own credit. There is no money being loaned to you, no debt consolidation whatsoever. Oh I forgot to mention they want to be paid for their "services" on top of everything else. They do nothing that you can't do yourself and if you're defaulting on your credit cards already then you might as well call the companies yourself and see if they'll settle the debt unless you want to pay these folks to do that for you. All they want is for you to give them your own cash to do something that you can do for yourself. Do the pros outweigh the cons? I'd say if their protocol is to mislead you right from the start then what kind of customer service are you going to get? None. This tactic should be illegal as I have not seen one person legitimately praise this process. Settlements do not help your credit score and all those missed payments show for at least 5 years. Then the deragatory remarks they'll leave on your report. You won't be able to finance the sweat off a hot dog when it's all said and done.
