Do Not Finance ur car through this company!!!
They are very rude will tell you ur lying. Very unprofessional everyone that works at this company don’t know how to be professional!! I was having a hardship last month they told me I can’t have 1 payment on the back end of my contract because they don’t do that picked my car up when I was just about to pay the payment told me they was not giving me the car back because I was lying about my predicament. I was highly upset the nerve of that person. I’m reporting them to the better Business Bureau I’m taking action to make sure no one else gets treated like this. Be advised they are scammers once u miss a payment they are going to repo u!! I’m looking into legal action against them.

I have had the worst experience with this company, they are absolutely the worst and are not understand what's so ever. I have had to change my insurance at least 2-3 time due to them not being "compatible with my insurance". if you don't answer your phone they will go down the list of people you put down as a reference, they will call u at least 20 times a day with different phone numbers. every time I call and speak to a representative they always have something new to add and make u change something. I was so irritated and annoyed by them on always wanting things THEIR WAY, so I called and returned their vehicle and they keep continuously calling even though I do not have the vehicle anymore.

Horrible business practices. They creep up the prices, verbally abuse you, get in to business that isn't theirs. They call anywhere from 10-20 times a day. They call from different numbers and some are private. They accuse you of lying and the guy today called me a crybaby. He also called my husband dumb. He wanted to know why I was sending the car back and tried to get information that was none of his business. If there's a class action lawsuit I'm joining.

Update! They are charging me MORE than what I originally signed for after I sent the car back! I'm about to SUE!!**

If I could honestly give this company 0 starts I would most definitely would. The lack of professionalism and disregard of my valuable time that I have wasted with this company. Please do not work with this company, you will save time and so much more money. On multiple occasions I was given the wrong information in order to get me to buy a car. After I completed my buy process the car fell apart quickly and I realized I was charged more than what the car was actually worth. The price that I was given was completely incorrect and the company charged me double the amount. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE. READ THE REVIEWS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS!!!

Don’t come here look other way unprofessional rude and will pick up your car in a heart beat. On 1 payment fall out and maybe if customer service was better and not yelling at you and stuff I would continue with the loan. Report them to the BBB. If you have bad credit they sound like they care but they don’t they just want to collect and be rude. And call everyone on you referral contacts and be rude to them to. If I could put no stars I would. Ur better of renting a car from hurts. with there interest rates your loan will never go down at 30% interest

This review is for Fred. I had an Awful experience with Ivan and was redirected to Fred. My account is always current until recently when I ended up in and out of the hospital with my daughter. While trying to get more information about what procedures had to be followed at this point, Ivan told me I was talking him in circles but when I spoke with Fred, he was very informative and compassionate to my situation. I understand these people have a job to do and essentially our problems are not there problem but if more people spoke to customers the way Fred spoke to me, more people would be willing to answer the phone when going through a hard time. Kindness goes a long way especially when we don’t know what people are going through. So thank you Fred for your kindness and willingness to take the time to explain a situation I have never been through. God bless

Sad you cannot give ZERO stars. If looking to purchase a vehicle with this finance company, make sure not to do business with them. They harass every day even when you confirmed a payment arrangement has been made. There is no communication within their team. They will call all your references for a balance of $55. When I asked why they keep doing this they cannot give you a concrete answer.
