I am grateful that they help me get a loan i needed but super ungrateful that their auto program is horrible, now i have a undriveable car that i have to sit on for 5 years all cause their auto program wasn't gonna reimburse me the 2500 i drop on it to fix it till it finally broke but on top of that i had to wait 30 days to report but by that time it was already broken. So their auto program is trash and horrible and I'm upset over it. Again im grateful but super ungrateful. Go at ur own risk

We were not going to get a loan because we were hesitant but they called and ask for documents and gave a good vibe. We decided to give it a chance and go through with their loan and was not approved because of a low income apparently. Our loan was around 5k and we make approximently $2,500. They brought up the fact that my dad has debt, which he don't. He paid off his new Toyota tacoma and didn't have any expense. We also had additional income rounding up to $3,500 but Richard would not listen and kept bringing up that we did not make enough and that my dad has debt, he does not. They still proceeded to waste my time for 2 whole days and put another customers priority before with the acknowledgment of us waiting for their response for two whole days. they messed up my credit, wasted my time, gave false information, and had poor customer services. Our representative was Richard. Find a different brach or lender because this was not one to work with. you can also choose a different person to work with. To mind you, we have been approved with Honda financial and Toyota, we let Richard know and he told us that they only check credit and would give the loan if it is good and that they would not check incomes, that does not make sense because why would Honda and Toyota not check income before giving out a loan for 40k. He not only gave false information but belittled another company that is very successful. Lendmark should train Richard more before just letting him off on his own. Richard is no sales man and the whole process was nothing but a negative impact and consumption of your time and mine. There is no communication in this sale and loan. If you can not give service and loan to your customer don't bother wasting their time and ruining their credit, Richard. If there was a 0 star I would rate it 0. If your excuse is that I don't make income, I've bought a previous car for 14k with your guys review on income which was not a problem. The issue here is that you do not want to give me a loan. Richard has wasted my time and ruined a credit we've been building. None the less you lied and make a negative impact on the company itself.

They called me to inform me that my account was in excellent standing and I could add on to my loan, after giving them updated info and taking a hit on my credit they said I didn't get it . They initiated the loan and hurt my credit. Don't get a loan from this place, go without, they are liars.

I’ve never Gave authorization for landmark financial to pull any hard increase on my credit and they still did. I never got a loan. I never did business with this company and they hurt my credit report report this company ASAP to the credit business bureau.

They call several times daily on/after payment is due. I made it abundantly clear that my pay dates vary so might be a day or two after due date. A very rude manager called me and said I need to be on time or refinance immediately to fix payment date... lol not with those extremely high interest rates. I have never missed one payment in the few years I’ve had a loan there but yet receive multiple calls and bad offers that got me in this mess in the first place. During the process and signing docs they have the secretary and other staff sit down with you one on one pushing extra unwanted products on you to add to your loan but have you sign a form that says they didn’t pressure you, will never recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place 0 stars ... I would. They literally reported my missed payments during a pandemic to the credit bureaus. The entire state was on lock down for months. My job still hasn't reopened. And they acted As if I was supposed to use the little money I had ,to pay them monthly vs feeding my family.. No forberence or nothing.

I have over 15 calls a week, from a Francisco. It started out with my payment being a week late. I paid it, but the calls didn't stop! I talked to numerous people, who defend him and respond with,"he's just doing his job." I have threatened to just not pay my loan at all and let it go to collections(if he didn't stop calling), because the extra bullsh$t, isn't worth it. If it wasn't for my need to rebuild my credit, I seriously would let it go!!! I borrowed 3k from Lendmark. By the time I'm done, paying off the debt...it will be over 8k. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY, EVEN IN DESPERATION, like I did. My credit score was in the 700s, before I got involved with them. I have no idea what I was thinking & why I just didn't go to a bank!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
