Midflorida used to be a good Bank. Plenty of customer service. Now. It takes forever if you go inside. And good luck if you ever need to use the ATM. Especially at the South Sebring branch. Every time I try it's out of service. Makes me wonder why I stay with this bank.

The drive through teller messed up & took $671.11 out of my account TWICE when I went for my monthly cashiers check.. Here we are 5days later & they have yet to refund my money that I work hard for due to their own mistake!!! I just keep being told it should be there by 5:00 today! Let’s not forget I’m a single mother with 3 kids and that money was for other bills I have due at this time & these people could care less!! I’ll be looking to bank else where ASAP

Not sure if would never go back to this branch. Carmen needs to be more confident in what she does. Seem to me like she was new there. I had to call her and ask for other options because she wasn't calling me. Everything I asked had to be informed with manager first. ?

Why in the world does it take so long at the drive threw window. It's crazy how slow they are. Other than that, it's a great credit union.

Poor and inconsistent customer service...my issue wasn't even resolved by anyone in the branch. The teller I dealt with was polite and did what she could to help me with my issue (no problems there!). She then referred me to a lobby agent, who didn't even bother asking me if I needed assistance in any way after I waited patiently for 20+ minutes. It seemed more like she waited until they were closed before even acknowledging me, which is pretty bad customer service. Definitely not returning to this branch.

Nice people but if you're a small business like me you'll want to pick a better bank. Giving out loans (small or big) isn't their strong suit and for a small business trying to grow it's a big problem. I've even tried switching a vehicle from my personal to my business and couldn't get the loan. The money is already coming out of the same account I just wanted to put it under the business name. After 4 or 5 failed loan attempts for different things I'm finally searching for another bank so that I can actually grow as a business.

I opened 2 accounts here 6 weeks ago and I'm ready to close them both. The drive thru cash machine cannot be seen because of the sun. I have to get out of my car every, single, time. Multiple inquiries led to, "we are looking into that." The lack of tellers in the lobby leads to constant slow lines. I went in this morning shortly after opening. I wanted $200 cash. Couldn't see cash machine and there were people behind me, so I used the lobby. From the time I pulled in the parking lot until the time I left was 35 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE!!
