Where to start. My husband and I do food delivery so we are familiar with most restaurants in the CR area. When picking up here sometimes there is a wait, sometimes order is prepared in a timely fashion. There is a younger man who is always cleaning, sweeping and very friendly. We enjoy running into him. Today, however, we stopped in after our delivery shift to eat a quick lunch. We got an order ready to place in shop in the App. My husband had a free item he wanted to add to order, but it was not allowing him to. He approached the counter and several times asked for help. No one came. Finally a woman with a wrong drink came in and a gentleman who did not get 4 Straws for his drinks. The manager finally came out and took care of these people and then my husband. She was slightly condescending and belittling. I thought not a good look for the "face" of this store. We did finally get the order and the free item was missing. The manager did get it to us ASAP and also got my husband a replacement burger when somehow his plain burger had katsup )his fault...somehow the keys up was still checked). She did not have to do that, but she did. So,while I was not happy about some of the experience, some of it was salvaged.
The only other thing I can say is this store is usually one of the cleaner ones (not saying much since McDonald's standards are in the toilet over the last couple years). Today, however, it was not as clean as usual. There was sticky stuff all over the window sill along with French fries. I am sure we will come back again, but never the less slightly disappointing.

We went through the drive through which oddly makes you drive around the building twice. I ordered the new Bacon Ranch McCrispy Sandwich (but subbed mayo for ranch) & a Cheeseburger Kid's Meal (not pictured). The service was ok and the food came out in a normal amount of time. The Chicken itself however was WAY overcooked, super greasy and slathered in way too much mayo (I had to wipe most of it off or end up wearing it). I instantly regretted ordering anything and although I did eat it the burnt, greasy taste stayed with me the rest of the night and made me feel sick. The kids meal was as expected.

Ordered breakfast and received the wrong order. Not only wrong, but cold food. we drove home (4 minutes) but the food was ice cold, So I knew it Wasn’t hot and probably sat there for a while before they put it in my bag way premade.
We tried to make the best of it but the English muffin was hard.
Potato cakes cold like they had sat there for awhile.
When I returned with the food I was treated rudely. They inspected my returned food behind the counter and complained I had eaten some. I can’t believe they would take it behind the counter. That’s just wrong.
I asked for them to return my money which became a fiasco in itself.
When they did return it, they told me they wouldn’t give me my full refund because I hadn’t returned the coffee.
Seriously?, I was given the wrong order. The food was cold, and I had to come all the way back. Unconvinced!
I got mad, but I figured rightfully so.
The manager and the general manager are not customer friendly.
The customer is not right, and that is their real policy. Bad management + attitude = bad product.
I won’t return, and for those of you that read this I hope that you’ll bypass that location. Business should be good for both parties. Whether it’s buying a house or buying breakfast.

Always my go to spot for late night snacking. Unfortunately not every time I get what I order in the bag, sometimes it's a completely different order but I usually don't complain. Pretty good place otherwise!

My food is always wrong even the staff can't get a simple cheeseburger no onions right ...what's missing the damn cheese...I even took a brake from this location to see if it will get better staff I was wrong

Waited 20 min in drive thru for part of my order before going around and telling them. Then they only put 6 fries in happy meal and wanted to know if I wanted to speak with manager- past 3 times we have had wrong food for order and they take for ever and forget part of ur order. Last time the manager was rude and like I inconvenienced her. Not going to this location

So...yeah. The first words out of her mouth were "Do you have rewards? If it's for a frappe, our machine is still down". I think that sums up the entire experience. I ordered a Coca-Cola, but, guess what? They were out of that too! And the best part? When you go to check out and drive around the building, you get to experience a lovely little spray of water to your face and vehicle before you pay! What a wonderful way to wake you up! I asked about it and she said that they've known about it for a long time but "they keep forgetting to tell the guy who works on it so he can fix it". Because it's not important or anything, everyone loves a water ride when ordering their McDonald's! And, seriously, fix your machines. You're a McDonald's, you can't not have Coca-Cola and frappes. Get your stuff together, I understand that you're a new store but come on. No one wants a spray in the face at 5am.

I hate to leave reviews only after a bad experience but this last visit wasn't good. Either the soda machine was down or they had it turned off for mobile orders because I could not order a meal with a pop in the app. Had to settle for a smoothie which they up charged on my meal. My food wasn't close to being ready when I was alerted that it was and I found multiple hairs in my burger after we got home. This location has been slowly getting worse since it opened. Hope they can turn it around and be better.
