Decided my gap refund of $900 should become $816.40 for no reason. They opened a ticket with the total loss department and I was NOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN THIS VEHICLE. Give me my entire refund or I will file a BBB complaint, get in touch with the attorney generals office, as well as sue this entire company. Spoken to god knows how many people and no resolve yet!

My bank account was hacked and all my payments are having issues going through right now. I called in to try to give a different account to run my payment through and they were not understanding or helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was rude and hung up on me! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. It’s one thing to not be able to help because of policy but it is a whole different situation to hang up on a customer.

What a nightmare ?

I purchased a vehicle and Chase came back as the best rate so, I went with them. BIG MISTAKE!

I try setting up an online account and it said there was already an account associated with my SS#. I called in to inquire about it and get access to the app so I can pay my bill... I talked to 7 people that kept tossing me around without answering my questions. One man in the fraud department was extremely rude, he asked my name and SS# and I provided them and he kept insisting I wasn't the person associated with the SS#. Um, yeah, dude... that's me ?

I'm about to just sell the car.

Chase Auto and their employees are scam artist! After carefully planning to payoff my car , and being especially happy to accomplish this milestone, they sent my title to the wrong address. This is after I updated my new address before my final payment. When I called in to follow up, victor and hector ( call reps) played their role. They also conveniently have no record of my inquiries regarding final payment and the process. Thanks chase auto. I hope i can save someone else from dealing with this horrible company and the situation they have caused. Your service is trash!

I've had a great experience with Chase for credit cards and auto financing. Customer support have always been polite and helpful and the online platform is easy to use.

I made my final payment on my auto loan and Chase duplicated the payment. I have made several phone calls to customer service only to be told the payment was rejected but the funds were withdrawn from my bank account for 2 transactions. I never authorized 2 payments. Customer service reps seem to not care. They are dismissive and repeatedly tell me the wrong time frame I should expect my money to be returned. Not one person tells me the same thing. I fulfilled my obligations to Chase. They have committed fraud by taking an authorized payment from me and not returning it.

If i could give a 0 I would. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am re-financing my car loan and they sent Chase a check to pay off my loan and chase returned the check I don't know why. The account showed it had been paid off and then I had to wait for them to re-instate the loan so I could pay it off and I was charged more interest and made a payment that they show was reversed but never put back into my account. I have been dealing with this for over a month now. You can't go to a branch because they don't have the Auto Financing in the branches. It has to be done through E-mail or phone calls.
