Revenued's "flexible funding" is a deceptive facade. While they may seem helpful initially, their response to payment challenges is predatory and damaging. ABF Servicing, their collections partner, slapped me with a lien before any meaningful attempt at resolution. This aggressive tactic contradicts their advertised support for small businesses. Platforms like NAV, who charge for credit recommendations, fail to adequately vet these predatory lenders. I strongly advise against doing business with Revenued.

The app / website goes down regularly. Overall really good company. But it can take several days to a week to accomplish something with this happening all the time.

EVERYONE please read the bad reviews on Trust Pilot. My experience was similar. I was approved. "Laura D." repeatedly asked me to sign the contract and have my partner do it. We did it the same day and heard zero. I reached out and finally got a response from Laura's associate, Joe B. (Laura couldn't even bother to email me herself). He was polite, but his response didn't make a lot of sense. I have put my response to Joe below. STAY AWAY. These people are run a bait & switch company and hurt small business owners in need. Also, I read a few reviews that say Revenued has the same people do positive reviews, and frankly, I believe it!

"Joe, I appreciate your response, but Laura hounded me to sign the contract and have Steve sign it, and then you declined us for whatever reasons, and then she can’t even take the time to respond?

It is unprofessional and a terrible way to do business and that will be reflected in our Trust Pilot and BBB reviews. You shouldn’t waste people's time. I don’t really care what your underwriters think, your process is flawed. If you are approved and sent a contract that is an agreement and you all violated that. I speak to a lot of small businesses owners and I will tell them to stay clear of your company and the lack of professionalism. Please understand that I think you did the right thing, but I have zero respect for Laura D."

This are a very unprofessional company. They reached out to me stating that I was approved for a certain amount which was fine with me, I already knew that I wasn't going to use there funds due to the interest rate etc... But come to find out after I was approve and signed the agreement, within two hours they said I wasn't approve anymore without any explanation. Very upset don't trust them. Especially after I reveal all of my personal information along with the bank info. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Beware of doing business with Revenued. It sounds real good when you get approved but you will be making daily payments. The cost of a small line of credit is extremely high.
$1100 month in fees . Over $200 a day in payments on $8000. If your business does not do welll then the real trouble starts. The legal team at Revenued absolutely will not help. They will file a lien against your receivables and try to put you out of business. I do not recommend doing business with this shady company. Stay away!

In the middle of so much stress, I was surprised and pleased that every time I called there was somebody on the other line to help. The instructions and process of our PPP loan was not as painful. Most importantly, we were funded in less than 3 weeks, just in time to make payroll! We have referred them to our friends who also own businesses but were refused from the big banks.
