Thanks to Jason and Kyle they helped me get my car right before the holidays began. Everything was easy. Being in the military we deal with extra paperwork and it can get confusing. Kyle helped me throughout the process. A week later I got my keys and my subie on the roads. I’ve been already in some roadtrips and it is very reliable and everything works as it should. If you see the inventory, make sure you research the vehicle you really want before going to the dealer. This will make the process much easier and smooth. They will help you to get your car insurance ( around $128 premium insurance) and they work with some banks that can help you to finance. I went to service credit union as recommended by my peers. And they gave me a really good interest rate. Just throwing some info out so it can be helpful to you.

if you want really rude customer service with misleading prices go to MAS. if you want helpful indepth customer service and upfront pricing come here and ask for Jason/Kyle. when I read all the other 5 star reviews the pessimist in me didn't believe them. I thought surely there's no such thing as a good honest and useful salesman, sure enough whenever I met with Jason my views changed. if something were to ever happen to my new baby I know where I'm getting a replacement from.

I met Jason when I first PCS to Germany, amazing person thy really looks out for your best interest. Great communication and great customer service from beginning to end. He helps you throughout the process step by step. 3 years later and I sold my car back to them and customer service and the entire process was just as I expected; easy, fast and smooth. Don’t hesitate to check out ramstien used cars! The service is impeccable and we are so happy to have such an amazing car. They truly want to make sure the customer is happy , and are honest and straightforward. The process to purchase in Germany /in the military can be daunting but Jason makes it so simple and easy. They also have a much larger selection of cars to chose from , as we were set on a Honda or Toyota (US Spec) . They came through and we couldn’t be more thrilled .
